Office Changes Due to COVID-19

As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, our office procedures have changed.

In order to follow government guidelines, we have implemented the following:
1.  Please call or text 765-778-7524 upon arrival to our office.  If here for an appointment, you should have received  intake forms via text or email prior to the appointment.  If you are here for contacts or glasses pick up, repairs, etc. we will  have you wait in your car until someone can assist you.
2.  Social distancing will be in effect while in the office.  Only the patient will be permitted in the office unless  accompanying  a minor or a patient needing extra assistance.
3. Additional precautions will be in effect:  Patients should wear a mask;   office will be cleaned & sanitized between each patient; staff will wear masks and/or gloves when interacting with patients; and, the office will maintain proper social distancing.
We recommend patients over 65, or anyone who has an underlying medical condition,  schedule your routine eye exam after June. This does not apply to anyone with an urgent medical eye condition.
Feel free to call or text the office at 765-778-7524.  We can also be reached by email at office@pendletonfamilyoptometry.net.

Dr. Jones, Dr. Lamberson and the entire staff are happy to be re-opening and look forward to seeing you.
