Office Changes Due to COVID-19

As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, our office procedures have changed.

In order to follow government guidelines, we have implemented the following:

1. If  you are scheduled for an appointment, you should complete intake forms via text or email prior to the appointment to limit time in the waiting room.

2. If you need to pick up  glasses or have an eyeglass repair, we ask that you schedule an appointment with us.

3. Additional precautions are in effect:  all visitors and patients over age 2 must wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status;  exam rooms are still cleaned between every patient;  staff  members are wearing masks when interacting with patients; and we encourage proper social distancing.

Feel free to call or text the office at 765-778-7524 with questions.  We can also be reached by email at

Dr. Jones, Dr. Lamberson and the entire staff  look forward to seeing you.
